Safar Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Safar, an astrology and tarot app available on the web and as mobile apps, operated by TITA TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ No. 55.209.026/0001-36 (“Tita,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using Safar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Safar.
2. Description of Services
Safar offers, among other features:
- Natal chart calculation and interpretation;
- The day's sky, Moon phases, and transits to your chart;
- Synastries comparing your chart with other people's;
- Tarot draws and the card of the day;
- “Your day today” and an artificial intelligence chat about astrology and tarot.
Features may change over time. Tita may update, improve, or modify Safar, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Safar is intended for people aged 18 or older.
By using Safar, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Keep your password secure and not share access to your account;
- Use the service lawfully and responsibly;
- Refrain from impersonating others.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where applicable law assigns responsibility to Tita.
4. Nature of the Content: Astrology and Tarot
Safar offers astrology and tarot for entertainment, reflection, and self-knowledge. Charts are calculated from precise astronomical data, but astrological and tarot interpretations are not scientifically proven and are not guaranteed predictions.
Safar's content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions about your life, health, relationships, and finances are your own.
If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to someone you trust or a professional, or contact your local emergency or crisis line.
5. Artificial Intelligence
Readings, “Your day today,” and chat answers are generated using artificial intelligence. You understand that:
- AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable information;
- Answers depend on the information provided and should be assessed critically;
- Safar's chat is focused on astrology and tarot and may decline requests about other topics.
6. Other People's Data
When you add another person's chart, for example for a synastry, you confirm that you have that person's permission or another legitimate reason to use their birth data, and you agree to use it respectfully.
7. Price and Paid Features
Safar is currently free. If paid features are offered in the future, the terms (price, billing frequency, renewal, and cancellation) will be presented before purchase. Purchases made in the apps will also follow App Store or Google Play rules, and mandatory consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal rights where applicable, will be respected.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Safar for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to violate others' rights;
- Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
- Distribute malicious software or harmful code;
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service, including by circumventing usage limits or automating access;
- Copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Safar's software, texts, or features without permission.
Tita may take proportionate measures to prevent misuse, including restricting or suspending access, subject to applicable law.
9. User-Submitted Content
You retain your rights in the messages and information you submit to Safar. By submitting them, you grant Tita a limited, non-exclusive authorization to process them to the extent necessary to provide the requested features, subject to the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The trademarks, the Safar name, interfaces, software, visual materials, and original content belong to Tita or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Safar according to these Terms.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
12. Service Availability and Liability
Tita strives to keep Safar available, secure, and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or external circumstances. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Tita remains responsible for damages attributable to its conduct as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or personal data protection obligations.
13. Suspension and Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time under Profile › Settings › Delete account. Deletion removes your account and associated data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Tita may suspend or terminate accounts due to material violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, or other legally justified circumstances. Where appropriate and feasible, you will be informed of such measures.
14. Changes to These Terms
Tita may revise these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. The latest version is always on this page. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and, where legally required, you will be asked to accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably through our support channels. Where judicial proceedings are necessary, jurisdiction will be determined according to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
